He is currently Head of Diversity & Inclusion in the Sports and Entertainment industry. Previously, he was Vice President of Global & Diversity Inclusion on Wall Street in financial services at Credit Suisse Bank.
Demetrius is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University where he partners with corporations to teach the next generation on creating value through design thinking and innovative business strategy.

Mayoral Appointee and Director of Gracie Mansion, the “People’s House,” responsible for leading diverse arts programming and community sustainability initiatives on behalf of the Mayor and First Lady of New York City.

Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, led operation teams responsible for essential services to 8.6 million residents; workforce policy for 300,000 City employees; and budget allocation of more than $1 billion.
